It's quite easy to miss, but basically if you walk up Neil Road, away from Chinatown, it's on the righthand side of the road, just up from the carpark and just after you pass Duxton Hill (on the left). The sign is on the main road and you go through a gateway and into a little courtyard. Hope that helps.
